Sinopsis
Brian Flanagan, un joven y ambicioso recién salido del ejército, lucha por encontrar su base en Nueva York. Sin un título universitario, no puede conseguir el trabajo de marketing que desea. En cambio, Brian se inscribe en el City College y toma un trabajo de camarero a tiempo parcial. Su jefe, Douglas Coughlin, le enseña los secretos del oficio, transformándolos en los camareros más famosos de la ciudad. Tanto Brian como Doug sueñan con ser dueños de sus bares de cócteles de primera clase algún día. El bar de Brian se llamará 'Cocktails & Dreams'. Para recaudar los fondos necesarios, se dirige a Jamaica, donde trabaja en un resort Tiki Bar y conoce a Jordan Mooney, un prometedor artista estadounidense de vacaciones con su amiga. Se produce un romance torbellino, pero cuando Brian se atreve a acostarse con una mujer mayor que se aloja en el complejo, su relación se pone a prueba. ¿Lo perdonará Jordan, y se reunirán?
