Synopsis
In the small town of Wide Open, Belle Langtry secretly collaborates with notorious cattle thieves led by Steve Fraser. Hoppy, a new resident of the city, is elected mayor and joins the Bar 20 boys to fight corruption and restore peace in the community. Together, they confront the wrongdoers and return justice to Wide Open Town.
