Chris Hale, a talented player with trick skills, arrives in the quiet city of Ashton. Claiming to have lived there in her childhood, she quickly seduces the locals and captures the attention of Elaine Corelli, a wealthy heiress who is confined to a wheelchair due to a recent accident.
