Synopsis
Charlotte Lockton, a noble English immigrant, will face the dangerous atmosphere of the 1860 gold rush in New Zealand to rescue her kidnapped son. Throughout his difficult journey, he will form unforeseen alliances with a heterogeneous group of scammers, prostitutes, Maori warriors and Chinese miners. Faced with finally the one who kidnapped her son, Charlotte will discover the strength and resilience that she carries inside to become the woman she never knew she could be.
