Synopsis
The television miniseries "The Pacific" is a production of Dreamworks and HBO, created by the same geniuses behind "Brothers of Blood". The series narrates the experience of three U.S. Marines in the focus of battles during World War II. As they advance through violent conflicts against the Japanese, these brave soldiers soon realize that their journey will not be an "easy walk". The series is inspired by the memoirs of Eugene Sledge and Robert Leckie. This historic drama shows the tireless courage and resistance shown by American soldiers during one of the most devastating conflicts in history.
