Synopsis
In Victorian times, Basil, a detective mouse who resembles Sherlock Holmes, confronts evil Professor Ratigan. The plot begins when a young woman is kidnapped by the ruthless villain. With the help of Dr. Dawson and Tobi, Basil begins an exciting quest to save Mousedom from the clutches of evil Professor Ratigan.
