The Emperor's Wife

In the mysterious times of "The Thousand and One Nights," in a faraway kingdom, a law states that the Emperor must seek a new consort if his current Empress does not give him a male heir within seven years of marriage. In the celebration of his six-year wedding, the Emperor summons the nearest confidant, the Chancellor, to initiate a clandestine search and select a suitable virgin candidate to be crowned the new Empress.
