Special Agent Bill Bradford is a journalist who is involved in a dangerous mission by being appointed undercover agent of the U.S. Department of Finance. Your goal: infiltrate Nick Carston's criminal empire and collect evidence to convict him of tax evasion. With the help of Julie Gardner, an accountant loyal to Carston, Bradford manages to advance her research and approach the heart of the criminal empire. However, when an informant rats them out, Julie is kidnapped by Carston's hit men to prevent her from testifying at the trial. Against all odds, Bradford faces the mob and fights to save the young accountant while pursuing Carston's conviction.
