Synopsis
Professor Ned Brainard discovers the wonder of flubber, but his invention generates more problems than benefits. The administration classifies it as a state secret and the IRS imposes a huge tax burden on it. In addition, in the midst of this chaos, his wife Betsy is envious of the attention she receives from the teacher from an old bride. In the midst of these tests, the brilliant scientist is working hard to develop flubbergas, a substance capable of manipulating weather patterns and giving victory to his football team in a decisive match.
