Synopsis
In 1978, a group of determined activists faced the challenge of fighting for the decriminalization of homosexuality in Australia. Led by former union leader Lance Gowland, they make the decision to make one last effort to celebrate their identity. With the permission of the police at their side, they disclose their plans and organize a demonstration on Oxford Street. On that icy winter night, activists dress up and join hand in hand to parade down the street. However, they do not know that the police are willing to take drastic measures to stop them. Despite this, the courage and courage shown at that time will be the first steps towards a national movement that will fight for equality and recognition of the people of the LGBTQ+ collective.
