Jerrica Benton is the owner of Starlight Music and the Estrellar Foundation, which works as a home for young girls. To maintain her secret identity, she uses her earrings to project a holographic image of herself, transforming herself into Jem - the leading singer of the very popular musical group, Jem and the Holograms. Together with Jerrica's sensitive sister, Kimber; the strong and determined Aja; and the creative Shana, they form an insurmountable musical group. However, they face a tough competition from their rivals, The Misfits, composed by the cold Pizzazz, the deceptive performance Roxy and the humble Stormer. While Jem and her friends travel the world, playing emotional songs that touch people's hearts, they also navigate through exciting adventures and inclinations.
