House of Strangers

Max Monetti is a man consumed by revenge against his brothers for betraying his father, Gino. Remembering his past, especially his relationship with Irene Bennett, Max understands that his father's actions were the cause of family conflicts and managed to reconcile with his brothers. The film takes place in New York at the beginning of the 20th century, a city full of European immigrants seeking prosperity. There, Gino Monetti, an ambitious and authoritarian barber, manages to overcome adversities to build a great fortune with his family. However, deep and deep-rooted family conflicts continue to worsen.
