Clando

Clando is the story of Sobgui, a former Cameroonian computer programmer who now drives a "clando" taxi in Douala. A sense of imprisonment and determined to escape into a better life away from the unbearable conditions of his homeland, Sobgui leaves Cameroon for Europe. Once established in Cologne, Germany, he finds comfort among the community of African emigrants, where he crosses with Madeleine, a German political activist who unleashes a passionate love with Sobgui. She inspires him and encourages him and his friends to return to their homeland and fight for the change they long for, transforming not only their own lives but also the future of their village.
